Users and customers of Services provided by AliveHoster must accept the Refund Policy of Alive Hoster set out below.

Now here are the boring policy details (sorry, we have to!):
-> Certain Hosting Services carry an unconditional thirty (29) day satisfaction guarantee. To cancel your Hosting Services and receive a refund of our fees, you must contact us via the Client Portal within thirty (29) days from the Effective Date and a refund will be issued.
-> If you cancel thirty-one (30) to ninety (45) days from the Effective Date, you will be issued a pro-rated refund of fees for Hosting Services based on the unused portion of the Hosting Services left on your current subscription.
-> If you cancel after ninety (45) days from the Effective Date, you are not entitled to any refund and any refund you do receive is at our sole discretion.
-> Refund requests received after one hundred twenty (30) days from the Effective Date will be issued via your payment method. Refunds are not offered for partial months of service. Accounts that are terminated due to violations of our Policies are not eligible for a refund.
-> All third-party fees, including domain registration fees, setup fees and migration fees, are non-refundable, non-negotiable and excluded from our Money Back Guarantee. Further, SSL certificates have a Twenty-Four (24) day refund window from the time of purchase.
-> For free domain registration promotions (.com, .net and .org), the retail price of the domain display on the store will be deducted from any refund amount upon cancellation. You will retain the domain registration.
Please let us know if there is anything we can do to keep you as our customer before you follow these steps to cancel your service.
CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY
We may update Our Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page.

-> আপনি যদি কার্যকর তারিখ থেকে একত্রিশ (30) থেকে নব্বই (45) দিন বাতিল করেন তবে আপনাকে আপনার বর্তমান সাবস্ক্রিপশনে অবশিষ্ট হোস্টিং পরিষেবাগুলির অব্যবহৃত অংশের উপর ভিত্তি করে হোস্টিং পরিষেবাগুলির জন্য ফিগুলির প্রো-রেটেড ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
-> আপনি যদি কার্যকর তারিখ থেকে নব্বই (45) দিনের পরে বাতিল করেন তবে আপনি কোনও অর্থ ফেরতের অধিকারী নন এবং আপনি যে কোনও অর্থ ফেরত পান তা আমাদের নিজস্ব বিবেচনার উপর নির্ভর করে।
-> কার্যকর তারিখ থেকে একশো বিশ (30) দিন পরে প্রাপ্ত রিফান্ড অনুরোধগুলি আপনার পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে জারি করা হবে। আংশিক মাসের পরিষেবার জন্য রিফান্ড দেওয়া হয় না। আমাদের নীতিমালা লঙ্ঘনের কারণে বন্ধ হয়ে যাওয়া অ্যাকাউন্টগুলি অর্থ ফেরতের জন্য যোগ্য নয়।
-> ডোমেইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি, সেটআপ ফি এবং মাইগ্রেশন ফি সহ সমস্ত তৃতীয় পক্ষের ফি গুলি অফেরতযোগ্য, অ-আলোচনাযোগ্য এবং আমাদের মানি ব্যাক গ্যারান্টি থেকে বাদ দেওয়া হয়। উপরন্তু, এসএসএল শংসাপত্রগুলিতে ক্রয়ের সময় থেকে চব্বিশ (24) দিনের রিফান্ড উইন্ডো রয়েছে।
