Users and customers of Services provided by AliveHoster must accept the Terms of Service of Alive Hoster set out below.

This Service Agreement is between AliveHoster and the person/persons who use our website service. Please read carefully to ensure you understand our terms before purchasing any of our products or services. You agree to these terms by using AliveHoster or any services provided by AliveHoster, any related service or services offered by its partners.

ACCOUNT:

By registering with us or using the service provided by us, the customers permit or give their consent to the following conditions:

• The services we offer are strictly and solely for eighteen or older users. If you are below the required age and are using our services, have access to or get the registration, then it is a sheer violation of this agreement and is thus unauthorized. By accepting this agreement, you agree that you are of 18 years or older.
• If a customer involves any third party or hires the service on behalf of the third party, then he or she agrees to the terms that the third party remains bound to the terms of the agreement. Furthermore, you have to play your part on behalf of another party where and when is required.
• This agreement binds the customers to provide the latest, active, complete and accurate information while registering on our site. You can update your personal information whenever you want by using the customer support and billing options. If we finds any piece of the information supplied by you as incorrect or incomplete, then it reserves the right to cancel your registration immediately.
• If you choose to use a credit card for payment purposes, then AliveHoster will demand the scanning of your credit card for the sake of verification. However, here we would like to make it clear that if you fail at any stage of the verification process, this will lead to the cancellation of your account.

At any point in time, AliveHoster reserves the right to ask for the documents supporting the information that you provided in your account registration form. A failure to provide the required documents or any discrepancies found in the provided ones may directly lead towards the suspension of the account and all the services allowed to the customer. We hold the right to demand all related documents for verification purposes at any point in time. • You are responsible for any misuse of your account and you must take steps to ensure that others do not gain unauthorized access to your account. You may not use your account to breach the security of another account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another network or server.
• Your password provides access to your account, it is your responsibility to keep your password secure.
• Sharing your password and account access with unauthorized users is strictly prohibited. You must take care and prevent others from using your account since you will be responsible for the consequences.
• Attempting to obtain another user’s account password is strictly prohibited, and will result in termination of service.
• You must adopt adequate security measures to prevent or minimize unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not attempt to circumvent user authentication or security of any host, network or account. This includes but is not limited to, accessing data not intended for you, logging into or making use of a server or account you are not expressly authorized to access, or probing the security of other networks. Use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security is prohibited. Examples of these tools include but are not limited to, password-guessing programs, cracking tools or network probing tools.
• You may not attempt to interfere with service to any user, host or network or carry out DDoS attacks. This includes but is not limited to, “flooding” of networks, deliberate attempts to overload a service, and attempts to “crash” a host.
• You agree and understand that users who violate systems or network security may incur criminal or civil liability. We will cooperate fully with investigations of violations of systems or network security at other sites, including cooperating with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected criminal violations.

If AliveHoster terminates Client’s account for a violation of this Agreement, AliveHoster shall not be required to refund any amounts billed for the billing period in which Host terminates Client’s services.

DOMAIN

• Product: AliveHoster offers Customer fee-based domain name registrations and transfers, domain name privacy and domain name renewal services (collectively, “Domain Registration Product”). We have the ability to host any domain name for a Customer Account. Customers may also purchase any available top-level domain with the following domain name extensions: .com, .net, .org, .us, .biz, or .info etc. Domain registrations are for one (1) year to (10) years as per package.
• Free Domain Name Credit: Some of our web hosting plans offer free domain name registration or free domain name transfer (if available), each of which has a monetary value at the then-current amount (“Domain Name Credit”). The Domain Name Credit may be used by the Customer to cover the cost for the first year of a new domain registration with any of the available top-level domains or a domain transfer fee. When the Customer’s domain registration is due for renewal, the applicable then current pricing will be applied for such renewal.
• Domain Name Privacy: The Domain Registration Product allows for domain privacy features, which masks the identification of the Customer’s identifying and contact information (i.e., name, address, email, telephone number, and administrative and technical contacts (“WHOIS Data”)) from the WHOIS registry. In the event this fee-based feature is implemented by the Customer, except for the “Organization Name” (as that is the legal owner of the domain), the relevant domain name WHOIS Data will be replaced with AliveHoster’s information.
• Domain Name Transfers: Customer may request, for a fee, the transfer of Customer’s domain name to AliveHoster, for us to be listed as the domain name registrar (i.e., business that handles the reservation of domain names as well as the assignment of IP addresses for those domain names). A transfer will allow Customer to manage Customer’s domain name in the Customer Account. Domain name registrar transfers will extend the current expiration date for one year. Most of the domain registrations with the extensions .com, .net, .org, .us, .biz, or .info etc. may be transferred to AliveHoster.
• Signup, Fees and Auto-Renewal: To implement the Domain Registration Product, Customer must sign up and pay, at the then current Domain Registration Product fee (“Domain Registration Product Fee”), for the Domain Registration Product on the Website(s) or within the Customer Account (i.e., via AliveHoster’s Portal (“portal.AliveHoster.com”)). The Domain Registration Product Fee will automatically renew upon expiration of the then current term for a renewal period equal in time to the most recent service period. To ensure timely domain name registration, renewals (and payment thereof) occur on the date listed in the Customer Account, with the exception of domain name registrations and Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) renewals, both of which renew on or approximately two (1-2) weeks prior to the date listed in the Customer Account. In the event AliveHoster is unable to renew Customer’s domain name, for any reason, Customer assents, acknowledges and agrees AliveHoster may, but is not obligated to, renew Customer’s domain name for a period less than Customer’s original registration period to the extent necessary for the transaction to succeed. In the event, for any reason, we are not able to process Customer’s payment from the payment method within the Customer Account, and/or Customer fails to respond to any renewal notices, Customer’s domain name registration will expire. Customer is solely responsible to keep Customer’s payment method in the Customer Account accurate and current.
• Non-Refundable and Cancellation of Product: Customer acknowledges and agrees the Domain Registration Product Fee(s) is non-refundable and the Domain Registration Product is non-cancellable.

WEB HOSTING

As soon as the availability of the web hosting service is confirmed, we inform the customer with proper credentials through an automated e-mail to the customer’s provided email address. The AliveHoster is not responsible in case of non-receiving of the email. You can track your email history in your account section. We start the invoice on the very date of launching web hosting services. We ensure the availability of the service within a few minutes; however, the availability may suffer due to any technical issues. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase and demand a full refund if the we fails to deliver the service on time.

By agreeing to our terms and conditions, the customers give us the consent that they will obey all the laws and regulations applicable to the areas of placement of the software. Moreover, if the AliveHoster finds the customer is involved in any forgery, prohibited or fraudulent activity that is considered illegal in the area, he or she will be liable to the suspension of the account. The same goes for the IP address, if we found any activity being carried on through the IP where the activity seems to be prohibited at the place of IP registration then the account automatically falls into the category of suspended accounts.

Furthermore, the AliveHister disclaims that the data usage is the sole discretion of the customer and any third-party involvement and we have the right to suspend all accounts of a customer without any preliminary notice.

• Obligations and liabilities of the customers:
• It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the security and safety of the data by using a variety of security measures, backing up the data on a regular basis and with the periodical updating of the system. In the case of shared hosting or cloud hosting, AliveHoster is not responsible for any content on the customer’s website. As it is in this particular case the sole responsibility of the customer and he/she acts as an independent individual.
• If the customer is using a right or any license no matter provided by whom, he/ she is liable to pay for it. Failure to do so may give us the right to cancel or suspend the services without any preceding notice.
• Only and solely the customer is responsible for the risks that come with his activities on the websites being hosted through his account. We have no responsibility regarding the content being transmitted, shared, collected or posted on the website. Moreover, the customer gives his consent that he will comply with all the rights possessed by the third parties, rights regarding intellectual properties, patents, trademarks, and copyrights. We possess the right to only inform the customer regarding the probable legal activities that could happen as a result of their unlawful activities.

• Resource utilization:
• You should be careful in using the system resources and should control the usage below 50% for Shared Hosting & 90% for Cloud Hosting. However, this restriction does not apply to the CPU, Bandwidth capacity, etc.
• Avoid the execution of daemons, bots and server-side processes which are the long run, unattended or stand-alone.
• Avoid the running of a cPanel schedule where the intervals are not more than 15 minutes.
• In the Shared Hosting, the file quantity should not be increased by 100, 000. In Cloud Hosting be sincere about your limited disk usage.
• Avoid the usage of large media files.
• Avoid the sending of 300 messages per hour for Cloud Hosting or 100 messages per hour for Shared Hosting for the name of the domain.
• It is not allowed in Shared or Cloud Hosting to buy a dedicated IP address.

• E-Mail Spamming:

In the event of spamming and any fraudulent emails sent by the client hosting service, we will inform the customer through an e-mail and then block the e-mail services of the client with immediate action. The customer may call for the unblocking of the email service once he solves the spamming issue. If the client is found again being involved in spamming, then AliveHoster will again block the email service for a relatively long period. We will practice the blocking service thrice on the receiving of spamming issues and after that, it reserves the right to refuse any further request of unblocking from the client.

• Backup System:
• In your cPanel, you can access JetBackup5 at any time with 5-layer Data backups without any cost. You can restore your system with this backup or create an offline backup for future security.
• We also create our data back-ups like disaster backups for both shared and cloud server data, but we don’t guarantee the integrity of these backups. These are only created for server restoration purposes. It is the responsibility of the hosting user to maintain the local copies of web content and information. So, for this, the Backup/Restore feature is added for each hosting plan. If a data loss error occurs due to an issue on our side, we will recover your data free of charge. However, it occurred due to a client’s mistake; we will charge 50 USD to recover the data.

• Secure Shell (SSH) Access:
• We did not provide any Secure Shell Access (SSH) in shared hosting. But you can a request shell access in cloud hosting for temporary time basis.
• If you are in need of SSH in Cloud Hosting, then you have to contact the technical support team and also have to give a viable reason as to why you want that service. AliveHoster possesses the right to refuse any customer request for SSH at any time. The most probable reasons would be the availability of other methods to achieve the desired target or if there is an involvement of risk in it. If we find the user to be involved in any misuse of the service, AliveHoster possesses the right to terminate the access. If the client attempts to use any tool to circumvent this condition it will cause the immediate termination of the customer account.

We have the authority to suspend the services without giving any notice with the provisions set out in the T&C, and if users are in breach of any TOS, any applicable law in force or third-party rights. We have the right to check and ensure that the customer is using services only according to the contract.

DEDICATED SERVER & VIRTUAL PRIVATE SERVER:

The sole purpose of defining the terms and conditions regarding the dedicated servers is to inform the clients regarding the financial and technical conditions and the terms. Through these terms, AliveHoster will define a pathway through which is not only the host or rent out the hosting services.

• Delivery of Dedicated Server & Virtual Private Server (VPS): AliveHoster will inform the client regarding the availability of the dedicated server through e-mail. The invoicing regarding the use of a dedicated server starts effectively on the launch date. AliveHoster makes sure to make the dedicated server available to the client within 3 days of the payment & Virtual Private Server (VPS) available instantly or within 3 days. However, some dedicated products require more than 3 days for delivery. If we fails to provide the client with the requested services within 7 days, the customer has the complete authority to cancel the purchase order and demand for refund. In the case of renting out the dedicated server by the client to any third party, the IP address will remain static. For all rented servers, the customer remains the administrator and is liable to install all the software and applications on the server. In case of any malfunction in the installation or non-availability of the required software, only and solely the customer is held responsible.
• Protection from Dos and DDoS Attacks Terms: We offer partial protection against any type of DDoS attacks including Denial of Service or Distributed Denial of Service. However, AliveHoster is not held responsible for obliging the providing the means as well. It is highly possible that the tools of protection provided by the AliveHoster are not able to prevent the interruption or even that the tools are not available at all. In the case of other computer attacks including exploitation, SQL injection, various security-related vulnerabilities, and various others, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to make necessary amendments to their websites.
• Purpose: We have crafted special conditions for the booking of IP and the usage of these resources, to supplement the general conditions. So, in a situation where there is a conflict between the two, the special conditions always prevail.
• Description of the Additional IP Address Service: The client has the facility to ask for an additional IP if he/ she possesses at least one dedicated server or the VPS package. To have an additional IP, a customer only needs to contact the client area. When a customer obtains an IP on any dedicated server of the AliveHoster it automatically makes him eligible to have a certain number of additional IPs of any of the dedicated servers or a VPS package. The limits and invoices on the acquisition of the additional IPs keep on updating on a monthly basis on the dedicated server or the VPS package. In the event of a renewal of the IP, the customer will also be charged for all the additional IPs.
• Conditions for Allocating an IP Address to Our Dedicated Server and VPS Packages: The client does not possess any right to sell the IP address provided by AliveHoster to any third party. However, We must offer the option of switching the IP address with any additional IP address. The switching option is not for clients with VPS packages. To switch the address, the client has to contact the technical team. The process of switching to the other server would solely depend on the number of IP addresses on a particular server. Whenever an IP is made available, it is automatically enlisted in the monthly invoicing of the server. Every time the customer renews an additional address with the dedicated server AliveHoster invoices him/her. If a client demands a switch, AliveHoster will not switch before confirming the re-allocation of both the original dedicated server and the demanded one. After the due verification, the client has been nominated as the administrator of both the IPs and failure to do so leads to the failure of the whole switching process. AliveHoster has defined a limit on the acquisition of additional dedicated server IPs, so the client is expected to understand that there is a limited number of IPs available while switching.
• Our Obligations: It is the responsibility of AliveHoster to take all necessary actions for providing the IP address to the customer through a dedicated server. Moreover, it is the sole liability of AliveHoster to provide the client with the unlisted IP addresses only. In the case of a listed IP address, We have to ensure that necessary measures have been taken to delist the IP address and if we fails to do so within five working days, then it must provide the client with the new IP address.
• Our Liability: If any fraudulent or malicious activity takes place through a specific IP address that poses a threat to the security of AliveHoster and the general public the AliveHoster retain the right to block the IP without due informing. By accepting the terms of this agreement, the customers present their will of compliance and if any of the terms of the contract are found neglected or ignored AliveHoster has complete right to take necessary measures. It is utterly the responsibility of the customer to control all fraudulent and malicious activities to happen through their IP address. In case of a software attack where the customer is found to be the victim, it is the responsibility of AliveHoster to make necessary moves. Although we offer an additional IP address facility, however, we can refuse to provide one without justifying the reasons for refusal. The customer has no right to demand a reason for the refusal of the additional IP address. There is a large variety of factors that the probable reason for refusal including spamming, violation of contract, non-availability of resources and many more.
• Customer’s Obligations and Liability: The customers have to comply with the terms and conditions crafted by AliveHoster to use the IP address. The client should not be found involved in any spamming to the IP addresses given to him by AliveHoster. It is the sole liability of the customer to reverse the additional IP addresses and shall stand liable for the use of the resources provided by us.
• Termination: As far as the termination of the IP addresses is concerned, the customer has the right to terminate the addresses at any time by accessing the client area. However, here the customer will have to pay for the IP addresses as long as the IP address has a negative reputation or is blacklisted from any organization. In this situation, the customer has to provide us with proof that the website has been delisted and has a good reputation so that we could be able to resale it.

RESELLER HOSTING

Resellers shall ensure that each of their clients complies with this Agreement.

• Resellers are responsible for supporting their clients. AliveHoster does not provide support to clients of AliveHoster‘s resellers. If a reseller’s client contacts AliveHoster, AliveHoster reserves the right to place a reseller client account on hold until the reseller can assume responsibility for the reseller’s client. All support requests must be made by the reseller on its client’s behalf for security purposes.
• Resellers are also responsible for all content stored or transmitted under their reseller account and the actions of their clients. AliveHoster will hold any reseller responsible for any of their client’s actions that violate the law or this Agreement.
• AliveHoster is not responsible for the acts or omissions of our resellers. The reseller hereby agrees to indemnify AliveHoster from and against any and all claims made by any User arising from the reseller’s acts or omissions.
• AliveHoster reserves the right to revise our Reseller Program at any time. Changes shall take effect when posted online or on any subsequent date as may be set forth by AliveHoster.
• Resellers in the AliveHoster Reseller Program assume all responsibility for billing and technical support for each of the Users signed up by the reseller.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES ON ALIVE HOSTER SERVERS:

AliveHoster will certainly proceed immediately suspension (without notification) if among the following (including however not limited) services or activities are discovered on the server:

• IRC servers
• iMarcos, AutoSurf, Traffic Exchange, Automated Browsing HitLeap, Crawlers etc.
• Illegal Downloads/Uploads, /Pirated Content / Warez /
• Bruteforce Programs/Port Scanning /IP Scanners
• Email Spamming of any type
• Investment Sites (E-Gold Exchange, HYIP, FOREX, Linden Exchange, Second Life/ Pyramid Scheme/ Ponzi, MLM)
• Gambling Sites/ Lottery
• MUDs / RPGs / PBBGs
• Sites promoting hacking activities
• Bank Debenture Trading Programs/ Bank Debentures
• Replica Sites/ Fraudulent / Phishing
• Public Proxies / TOR Exit/ Public VPNs/ Anonymizers
• TeamSpeak / Mumble
• Virtual Currency Mining (including but not limited to bitcoin)
• DDoS-prone applications or booters / flood scripts / IP spoofing
• Open DNS resolvers / recursors
• Illegal software key generators /Cracking tools
• Public Game Servers
• File hosting services
• Carsharing (CCCam or equivalent)
• P2P or file-sharing networks
• Adult Content hosting, storing and display

USAGE POLICY

By agreeing to the terms mentioned below a customer agrees and acknowledges that they will abstain from using our services for:

• Any violation of any rule, regulation, law, ordinance applicable to any state, federal, national or international.
• Causing any port scanning, Denial of service attacks, Trojans, viruses, corrupted files, worms or any malicious program or software which would result in the damage or disruption of the system, software, hardware, facilities or networks.
• Hosting of any software or site that may result in overloading and overburdening of our system or the software that has been provided to you by AliveHoster as the part of your service package.
• Any such practices that fall into the category of child exploitation or child pornography.
• The promotion or spreading of any piece of information that pose the sentiments of animal or human cruelty, religious, sect or caste hatred or terrorism.
• Being involved in any personal information dispersion regarding any content related to users without getting prior permission.
• Publishing, usage or any violation of any illegal hosting or software.
• Being involved in mail bombing or any spamming that includes the sending of illegal emails to the general public.
• Being found involved in any illegal or fraudulent activity online including usage or hosting of fishing sites, illicit or deceptive software.

INVOICE PAYMENT ACTIVE SUSPEND TERMINATION

• Domain– Domain will be active instantly after the invoice payment automatically. Domain transfer will be processed automatically after the invoice payment. The domain will be fully active after a successful transfer in 1 hour to 7 days. Before 8-10 days after the end of the season auto invoice is generated for payment. On the domain payment due date, if the payment invoice is unpaid, the domain will be in a grace period & if the payment invoice is still unpaid the domain will be auto-released after 7-15 days which is may not restorable.
• Shared Hosting– All shared hosting will be active instantly after the invoice payment automatically. Before 8-10 days of the end of the season auto invoice is generated for payment. On the service payment due date, if the payment invoice is unpaid, the service will be suspended & if the payment invoice is still unpaid the service will be auto-canceled and terminated after 5-7 days which is not restorable.
• Cloud Hosting– All cloud hosting will be active instantly after the invoice payment automatically. Before 8-10 days of the end of the season auto invoice is generated for payment. On the service payment due date, if the payment invoice is unpaid, the service will be suspended & if the payment invoice is still unpaid the service will be auto-canceled and terminated after 3-5 days which is not restorable.
• VPS Server– KVM VPS will be active after the invoice payment instantly. Managed or Semi-Managed VPS will be active after the invoice payment in 1-48 hours. Before 8-10 days of the end of the season auto invoice is generated for payment. On the service payment due date, if the payment invoice is unpaid, the service will be suspended & if the payment invoice is still unpaid the service will be auto-canceled and terminated after 2-3 days which is not restorable. 
• Dedicated Server– The Dedicated Server will be active after the invoice payment in 6-72 hours. Before 8-10 days of the end of the season auto invoice is generated for payment. On the service payment due date, if the payment invoice is unpaid, the service will be suspended & if the payment invoice is still unpaid the service will be auto-canceled and terminated after 2-3 days which is not restorable.
• Reseller Hosting– All Reseller hosting will be active instantly after the invoice payment automatically. Before 8-10 days of the end of the season auto invoice is generated for payment. On the service payment due date, if the payment invoice is unpaid, the service will be suspended & if the payment invoice is still unpaid the service will be auto-canceled and terminated after 5-10 days which is not restorable.
• Other Service– Most of the other services of AliveHoster will be active instantly after the invoice payment. Before 8-10 days of the end of the season auto invoice is generated for payment. On the service payment due date, if the payment invoice is unpaid, the service will be suspended & if the payment invoice is still unpaid the service will be auto-canceled and terminated after 5-7 days which is not restorable.
• Upgrade/Migration– Some of our Upgrade/Migration of any service will happen instantly after invoice payment. The rest of the service Upgrade/Migration will happen after the system compatibility checks 1 to 24 hours after invoice payment.

COUPONS & DISCOUNTS

Except in circumstances where discounts are provided in writing by AliveHoster on a case-by-case basis, coupon codes are generally reserved for first-time accounts unless otherwise specified. Any account found violating these policies will be reviewed by our Sales department and the appropriate charges will be added to the account. Coupon abuse will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or termination of Your account. All coupons and discounts are only valid towards the initial purchase and do not affect the renewal or recurring price.

SECURITY AUDITS

AliveHoster reserves the right to reset the password on a server if the password on file is not current so that we may do security audits as required by our data center. It is Your responsibility to ensure that there is a valid email address and current root password on file for Your server to prevent downtime from forced password resets. AliveHoster reserves the right to audit servers as needed and to perform administrative actions at the request of our data center. Any free backups offered are provided as a courtesy and not guaranteed. It is Your responsibility to maintain backups.

PRICE CHANGES

AliveHoster reserves the right to change prices or any other charges. We will provide You with at least fifteen (15) days’ notices before charging You with any price change on any annual or longer-term plans. It is Your sole responsibility to periodically review billing information provided by AliveHoster through the user billing tool or through other methods of communication, including notices sent or posted by AliveHoster.

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

The Services may contain links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by AliveHoster (“Third Party Sites”), as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, sound, video, information, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties (“Third Party Content”). We are not responsible for any Third-Party Sites or Third-Party Content accessed through the Services. Third-party sites and third-party content are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by Us. If You decide to access Third Party Sites or to access or use any Third-Party Content, you do so at Your own risk and You should be aware that our terms and policies no longer govern. You should review the applicable third party’s terms and policies, including privacy and data-gathering practices of any website to which You navigate.

BILLING & PAYMENTS

• Prepayment: It is Your responsibility to ensure that Your payment information is up to date and that all invoices are paid on time. You agree to pay for the Services in advance of the period during which such Services are provided. Subject to applicable laws, rules, and regulations, payments received will be first applied to the oldest outstanding invoice in Your billing account.
• Autorenewal: Unless otherwise provided, you agree that until and unless You notify AliveHoster of Your desire to cancel the Services, you will be billed on an automatically recurring basis to prevent any disruption to Your Services, using Your credit card or other billing information on file with Us.
• Applicable Taxes: Listed fees for the Services do not include any applicable sales, use, revenue, excise or other taxes imposed by any taxing authority. Any applicable taxes will be added to AliveHoster‘s invoice as a separate charge to be paid by You. All fees are non-refundable when paid unless otherwise stated.
• No Service without Payment: All invoices must be paid in full before any Services are rendered. If a renewal invoice is not paid before the start of the next billing cycle, continuation of the Service is suspended or terminated until payment resumes. Where Services have been suspended, Servers will be destroyed and all stored data including backups permanently deleted without retrieval.
• Zero-Tolerance on Fraud: It is a violation of this Agreement for You to misuse or fraudulently use credit cards, charge cards, electronic funds transfers, electronic checks, or any other payment method. AliveHoster may report any such misuse or fraudulent use, as determined in AliveHoster‘s sole discretion, to governmental and law enforcement authorities, credit reporting services, financial institutions and/or credit card companies.
• Invoice Disputes: You have Sixty (60) days to dispute any charge or payment processed by AliveHoster. If You have any questions concerning a charge on Your account, please contact Us at the bottom of this page.
• Payment Card Industry Security Standard Disclaimer: AliveHoster complies with the Payment Card Industry Security Standard (“PCI Standard”) in connection with the collection and processing of our customer’s data and billing information. However, you are solely responsible for the security of the data and billing information on Your User Website. AliveHoster does not monitor User Websites for PCI compliance and we are not able to verify whether a User Website complies with the PCI Standard.
